If you have a web site, feel free to link to any pages on my sites but do not copy them.
The background and decorative graphics were created expressly for tombraiders.net (and © copyright) by KAMead/ink2art. None of these graphics may be borrowed, copied or reproduced except in downloading or printing of the pages for personal use. Banner graphics are the property of their respective owners/creators. Images of Lara Croft, game screenshots and the Tomb Raider name and logos are copyright © Core Design Ltd. and Eidos Interactive Ltd. All rights reserved. If I've inadvertently not given credit where it's due, please let me know.
Note to Tomb Raider and gaming site webmasters:
You are welcome to borrow my walkthroughs to publish on your fan/gaming site, as long as you agree to a few conditions:
- My copyright information, email and web address must appear on every page where my walkthroughs appear. (This is already included at the bottom of each of my walkthrough pages. You can delete the acknowledgements and other information if you want to save space.)
- You may only use the white walkthrough pages—that is, the pages with info on the individual levels. You may not use the brown introductory pages (tomb1.html, tomb2.html, etc., gameplay.html, strategy.html, etc.), but you're welcome to link to these and any other pages on my site. If you're not sure which pages I mean, please ask.
- If you edit or otherwise alter my information, you must say so in your text and indicate on the same page where readers can find the complete and current version of the walkthrough (i.e., tombraiders.net).
- You are also welcome to use the zipped text and savegame files but they also need to include my contact information. This is already included in each of the files. Also, if you use my zipped files, please download them and put them on your own server, rather than linking to my files. That saves me bandwidth and therefore $.
- You may NOT use the background or any of the design elements or graphics, except for screenshots/diagrams related to the walkthroughs.
- You may use my walkthroughs on a commercial site, but you may not charge visitors to access pages with my walkthroughs. They are free for everyone who wants them.
- Absolutely no nude raider crap on any site that uses my walks. If you feel a need to have this kind of material on your site, you may link to my walkthroughs but not reproduce them.
- You must email me to let me know that you agree to these conditions BEFORE posting any of my material. Send to claireguimond@hotmail.com and please include something like "walkthrough permission" in your subject line so I will be sure to notice your email. Also, be sure to include your site's address so I can link back to you.
Sorry this list is so long. I've had a few misunderstandings with well-meaning webmasters, and I've had my entire site stolen and reposted on several occasions, so I like to be very clear about what I expect. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
